Our Care Team is led by 2 very experienced caring souls. Together we hold over 35 years experience in dealing with and caring for individuals with a developmental disability.  Our team also has over 15 years experience with running an operation.  Compassion & Positivity is the core of our business and it is the core of how we lead our training of all of our staff with our PHH positivity program.  Our team strives daily for the client & for being a better provider than the day before. With PHH each client is the center of our attention & our executive director makes sure each employee is thoroughly trained to fit state requirements but we also train above & beyond on our own Positivity program which focuses attitude & caring on the client & on eachother. Our individuals get the best of the best!
